M3 is a full service architecture, engineering, and construction management firm dedicated to promoting sustainable design. M3 recognizes the need to promote sustainable design in their own facilities as well as in the broader built environment.
When it came time to construct their corporate office building in Tucson, Arizona, M3 decided to utilize the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification program. Through compliance with this voluntary program, M3 employees directly benefit from improved environmental quality, resulting in a healthier work and living environment. The M3 corporate office building achieved a LEED Silver rating. M3 has also participated on projects that have received LEED Certification as high as Platinum.
M3 continues to provide design, engineering and commissioning services for LEED Certified projects. These projects are managed by multiple in-house M3 LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP’s) that are dedicated to promoting sustainable design.
