It is important that during these COVID-19 times we carry with us the required prevention supplies that will help us prevent a possible infection and at the same time diminish the risk of exposing ourselves to the virus.
Just like we carry our wallet, phone and keys every time we leave the house, we recommend that you prepare a small kit with some hygiene supplies that will allow us to stay prepared and prevent illnesses that may be in the air around us whenever we leave our homes.
It is recommended that the prevention kit includes at least the following:
- 1 extra face mask
- 1 small plastic bag with a hermetic seal
- 1 pair of latex gloves
- 1 small bottle of hand sanitizer
- 1 envelope with antibacterial wipes
- 1 package of disposable tissues
Each person may include in their kit any supplies they deem necessary, for example, spray sanitizers, alcohol, a thermometer, oximeter, a change of clothes, etc.
Remember that we must not lower our guard; the prevention kit may help us in case of an emergency, for example, if our face mask becomes moist, we can just change it for the extra and put the dirty one away in the plastic bag.
Let us make a part of our routine to have a prevention kit every time we have to leave the house.
