Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope (VATT)

The Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope (VATT) is located on Mt. Graham in southeastern Arizona at an elevation of 10,000 feet.  The VATT is part of the Mount Graham International Observatory.  M3’s involvement included design and engineering of the telescope site and support facility, including specification of the enclosure (dome).  The enclosure houses the 1.8m Alice P. Lennon Telescope.
