Clients are seeking to renovate current office spaces to meet the demands of an evolving work environment prompted by new work/life relationships and technological advances. M3 developed a conceptual plan to update an existing office building for a local engineering firm to improve interaction and collaboration between staff, bring in natural daylight and views, improve circulation, and upgrade interiors.
