Tucson Building and Remodeling (TBR) Office

This 13,800 square foot office building is the home of Tucson Building and Remodeling (TBR) Construction and Engineering located in Tucson, Arizona. The design illustrates the construction capabilities of TBR and provides office, administrative and storage space as well as a wood shop. The contemporary open space environment visually expresses the building systems and projects the image of a quality building contractor.

One challenge faced by this project was its modest size. TBR requested that the design of the building utilize tilt-up concrete panels. Having limited casting slab area made panel design and configuration as well as the sequence of construction a critical part of the design.

M3 provided full discipline architectural and engineering services as well as construction administration. The project was successfully executed exceeding the goals and expectations set by TBR.
