Thacker Pass Pilot Plant

Lithium Nevada contracted with M3 to design a pilot plant facility showcasing the company’s process for mineral extraction of lithium material from ore.  Located in an existing industrial park building, the Lithium Nevada Technical Center tenant improvement project was completed within seven months from initial design to owner occupancy.  Working closely with the owner, M3 provided laboratory, office, and open pilot plant space that met Lithium Nevada’s objectives for securing investor interest.  M3 multi-disciplinary staff engineered the 25,000 square feet technical center and provided on-site construction management services to expedite the construction and manage installation of owner equipment.
