DELTA Sky Club – Phoenix, AZ

This project is a 7,678 sf Airline Club for Delta Airlines inside the new South Concourse at Sky Harbor’s Terminal 3. This tenant improvement project includes a state-of-the-art reception area, lounges for relaxing, a gourmet buffet area, a bar area, restrooms, kitchen and break room.  M3’s scope of work included structural, electrical, fire protection, construction administration and project management.
