CTI Truck Maintenance Facility & Headquarters

The CTI Truck Maintenance Facility and Headquarters is a 40,000 square foot steel building. The facility consists of a 22,000 square foot truck maintenance facility including  four maintenance bays and a dedicated truck wash. This facility will also be the new headquarters for CTI. The headquarters will have 18,000 square feet of office, conference, and training spaces. M3’s design and engineering efforts also include site lighting and a 4-bay fuel island with a 20,000 gallon diesel fuel tank. The CTI facility will be located in Marana near Tangerine and I-10.  M3 provided all Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering.
