M3 was awarded Best in Automotive Design in Varco Pruden’s 2024 Hall of Fame. The CTI Truck Maintenance Facility and Headquarters is a 40,000 square foot facility designed by M3’s Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC departments. The facility combines 18,000 square feet of office, conference, and training spaces with a 22,000 square foot truck maintenance facility using Varco Pruden’s premium metal building systems.
