Precision Toyota of Tucson

M3 completed the design of a new auto-dealership campus facility for Precision Toyota of Tucson which emulates the new Corporate Toyota Image USA II program being constructed across the United States.

The three-phased project, located on a 13-acre site, was master planned to accommodate major site coordination that allowed full facility operation during the entire construction period. Site hydrology drainage needed to be maintained throughout the entire project construction as well as the need for parking on site for up to 923 vehicles for cars sales, service and employee parking.

Demolition of old facilities allowed for major infrastructure redesign which resulted in a master plan that provides for a new 60 stall vehicle service center, state-of-the-art vehicle maintenance facility, car wash, new parts warehouse, new and used car and truck showrooms and administration spaces.

M3 was primary Designer of Record (full plans, specifications and construction administration) on this project.
