Autonomously manages the accounting activities of the accounting department including staff development, staff assignments and resources to prepare financial reports and ensure accurate accounting systems, procedures and record keeping are maintained. In-house accounting systems include invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial statement and reporting.

Successful candidate will manage the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including maintaining month-end cycles, ensuring accurate recording of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis.  Take lead responsibility for the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with latest relevant accounting and disclosure requirements – to cover the US based corporate entity, as well as certain other entities in the corporation chain of international business. Prepares and/or directs the preparation of special reports, detailed accounting information, surveys or analyses of complex reports and financial statements. Schedules and manages internal and external audits. Drives continuous process improvement.

BS or BA in Accounting or Finance; 7 – 10 years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience. Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software such as Microsoft dynamics; including management of financial accounting procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – professional clear and understood by others. Provides leadership and ongoing development, feedback, coaching and mentoring to the Accounting Team.





Must be a self-starter with the desire to be productive in all aspects of office operations.  Administrator will have interactions with clients through phone calls, emails as well as in person.  Support Construction Team; by issuing drawings, create transmittals, catalogue drawings, pdf copies of drawings/documents.  Maintain project list and specification list in Excel.  Format specifications and reports in Word.  Main office logs; project log, able to organize files and work with an onsite to meet milestone.  This is project specific hire in Bullhead City, Arizona.  Local candidates will only be given consideration.

Prefer a candidate with AA in office administration or similar background and experience with SharePoint; proficiency in MS Office.  Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.




Candidate should have experience preparing capital cost estimates, CPM schedules and project execution plans for industrial and mining projects. EPC or EPCM experience is desired. Experience verifying procurement documents and contracts, and developing an estimating database highly desirable. Minimum 10 years solid experience. Ability to communicate orally and in writing a must. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks. Computer skills must be current; college education with subsequent course work related to estimating required.

This position will perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for various industrial, commercial, and other structures as assigned. Position will participate in assistance in design, investigations, estimates, surveys, and studies to complete project goals. Will prepare and oversee others in the preperation of construction documents.  In performing tasks, individual must adhere to M3 QA/QC policy and procedures to meet industry standards. A BS with an EIT and 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting structural engineering firm is required, a MS and 5 to 10 years’ experience with a PE is preferred. Must have strong working knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit and RISA 3D. Bilingual – English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Must communicate clearly both written and verbally. Must be able to work alone or on a team interacting with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner, sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision. Must be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must be willing to travel depending on project needs.






Candidate will have experience with preparing material take-offs and capital cost estimates using engineering documents prepared in-house. Position will assist senior estimators with preparation of capital cost estimates for large EPCM projects; assist with developing systems to generate material takeoffs from CAD drawings and 3-D models; be familiar with industry standard cost estimating guides.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, in particular.  Projects to be estimated are heavy industrial, light industrial, and commercial. Associates degree with subsequent course work in Estimating required. Minimum of four years’ experience preparing estimates, experience with a full service EPC or EPCM firm preferred.

Candidate will design for mechanical systems for hard rock ore mining projects including conveyors, bins, hoppers, chutes, etc.  Will create, review, coordinate, and facilitate the work with the project team to meeting deliverable deadlines. An AA degree in drafting or appropriate discipline with minimum five years of experience in an applicable environment; industrial, mining or consulting. Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit and MS Office software is required. Must be able to travel to other M3 offices and project sites as needed. Candidate will assist in the design, development and production of mechanical construction drawings for industrial projects with focus on piping and process systems. Responsibilities include creating 3D models of components, routing pipe, preparing plans, sections and isometrics.  Will work with designers and engineers to complete project deliverables and various task as required by the project for the client. Candidate must have a minimum of two years relevant experience; solid understanding of industry drafting standards. Candidate will have excellent communication skills and be detailed oriented. A minimum of a high school diploma; an Associate’s Degree, in drafting or related discipline strongly preferred. Fluent in English, both oral and written; the ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred but not required. Revit experience is required and Plant 3D experience is a plus.




Candidate will have experience with 3D design using AutoCad or Revit; will develop engineering models and produce construction drawings for industrial projects with focus on piping and process systems. Candidate should be familiar with industry standards. Plant 3D experience is preferred and considered a plus. Will coordinate drafting structural designs utilizing AutoCad, Revit and other software, prepare materials to establish project cost estimates, check structural calculations and drawings completed by others, provide management and coordination for projects. Provide input for departmental and project reports; interact with other disciplines to accomplish project goals. Additional duties include the assistance in investigations, estimates, surveys, and studies, will also prepare and edit construction documents. Other responsibilities include interfacing with clients and mentoring internal engineers and designers. Must be able to communicate clearly, should be detailed oriented and a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. Bachelor Degree in Structural Engineering or similar discipline and 10+ years of progressive structural experience. Ability to travel up to 50% to projects and other M3 office. PE or SE required.
